Example cases to try
Five made-up families, each with a Bescheid (official decision) and a description, the way people talk at the kitchen table. Choose a case, then “Check”. Nothing goes to an AI, and your own text is kept.
- Rosa, 81, dementiaShows: Guiding someone through a task counts as much as doing it for them. Here the Bescheid already has the hardship supplement (Erschwerniszuschlag) of 45 hours for dementia. Getting dressed is missing.
- Karl, 71, after a strokeShows: Sometimes the Bescheid is right.
- Walter, 77, Parkinson’sShows: The bad hours of the day count too.
- Hedwig, 93, sees almost nothingShows: Severe visual impairment gives a minimum level if an eye report proves it. There is an eye report, but it was not sent with the application. The deadline for a court action (Klage) has passed.
- Franz, 84, alone on the farmShows: Trips to the doctor count too, even if the Gutachten (assessment report) says he still drives himself. Here, a few hours decide the next level.
The people are made up. Any resemblance to real people would be coincidence.
This is not legal advice. For your case, the Arbeiterkammer (Chamber of Labour) or a care counselling service can help you free of charge.
